• As the exclusive presenting sponsor you receive top billing at the Boards Summit event. This Summit will be presented with your company. This is an exclusive opportunity.

Sponsorship of tote bag given out to each attendee with your logo prominently displayed on one side, and all other sponsors on the opposite side.

Booth Space
10 x 10 booth space to promote your company, take meetings, etc. One table and 2 chairs will be provided. Equipment, internet access, etc. is available for an additional charge. Includes two (2) pass for full registration to the conference plus additional passes at discounted rates.

Internet Cafe
Sponsorship of a private room with computers and internet access for delegates, includes:
• Prominent logo representation on promotional materials highlighting the cafe - including its listing on the conference agenda
• Two (2) 4 x 5 foam core posters with your logo highlighting your sponsorship of the cafe
• One (1) pass for full registration to the conference plus additional passes at discounted rates
• Your company website set-up as home page on all computer stations

Delegate's Lounge
A lounge room for Summit attendees, your sponsorship of the Delegate's Lounge includes:
• Prominent logo representation on promotional materials highlighting the lounge, including a listing on the conference agenda
• Two (2) 4 x 5 foam core posters with your logo highlighting your sponsorship of the lounge
• One (1) pass for full registration to the conference plus additional passes at discounted rates

Elevator Reel-Play (maximum 4 reels at 90 sec./per reel)
Your reel will loop in all elevators at the Hilton for 8-hours. This is a non-exclusive opportunity.

Table Top Space
You will be able to display literature about your company, or a promotional item with your company logo, on a table in the conference area. Items will be set out and replenished by Boards staff.

Delegate Bag Inserts
Insert promotional material or a premium giveaway into the delegate bags.

Seat Drops
Boards staff will arrange to drop your promotional material or a premium giveaway on the seats in the conference room for a specific session (on a first come, first served basis).

Locations Showcase
10 x 10 booth space in Locations Showcase area to promote your production service company, film commission or location services organization. One table and 2 chairs will be provided. Equipment, internet access, etc. is available for an additional charge. Includes two (2) pass for full registration to the conference plus additional passes at discounted rates.

Conference Session Sponsorship
Your company logo will be displayed as the sponsor of a specific session, both in the conference delegate booklet and on signage at the event.

Coffee Breaks (Two opportunities)
Includes:
• Two (2) 4 x 5 foam core posters highlighting your sponsorship of the Day 1 or Day 2 coffee breaks
