The commercial film industry has always been my professional home...first working in editorial, then production, next acting, and finally casting before entering the field of marketing and learning my chops at the foot of the master, Ray Lofaro, as his first West Coast Rep at Directing Artists-the original paradigm for marketing a full-service roster of directors from multiple production companies. After three and a half years at DA, I pioneered the same "agenting" system exclusively in the Western Territory with my own firm, C. Biedermann, Inc...Biedermann for short.

It's been my privilege and good fortune over the years to have introduced and propelled many now accomplished directors' commercial careers such as Godley and Crème, David Fincher, Tony Kaye, David Denneen, Jeff Preiss, Alex Proyas, Dominic Sena, and Kinka Usher. Not bad for a small town girl from Ridge Farm, Illinois-population 800!
